I work with the only hospital indemnity plan that helps reimburse employees for outpatient surgery and diagnostic procedures. Plans are implemented as a whole unit and no as a basic plan with riders attached to it.
I work with municipalities, insured companies, self-insured companies, and companies who offer no health plans to their employees.
Our Mission
The mission at DL Consultants is very simple. Save the company money while enhancing the current coverage that the employees have, and without changing the health carrier,and without disrupting the employee's lives and the work flow.
Vision
Most employers and human resource personnel do not like change. A clear vison for a company would be to implement new plans without disrupting the work flow, as stated in Our Mission.
DL Consultant's vision would be to see employers take care of their employees in a better manner. That would mean understanding that there are ways to help them, the company, save money, reap other benefits, and do it in spite of what you think it may entail.
